Content Migration for a Website Relaunch

A mid-sized logistics company was preparing for a complete website relaunch including a shift to a new CMS and a fully redesigned site structure. However, migrating 500+ pages in four languages presented a serious challenge.

We developed a custom content migration system in our Data-to-Content Framework, which automated the entire process - from content extraction to restructuring and CMS import.

• AI-Driven Structuring & Transformation – GPT-4 processed and restructured the content to fit the new CMS layout, while also extracting metadata such as categories, dates, and author information.
• Multilingual Processing – Existing translations were automatically verified for completeness, and missing translations were flagged or AI-generated if needed.
• Seamless CMS Import – The cleaned and formatted content was directly uploaded into the new CMS, eliminating manual copy-paste work.

The migration system significantly reduced workload and ensured a smooth website relaunch - on time and with minimal manual effort.
