Challenge

A traditional manufacturer in southern Germany, specializing in hand-carved altars and sacred figures, faced a major sales challenge. Their target audience Catholic and Orthodox church communities in the U.S. was difficult to reach. Sales cycles were long, projects were scattered, and renovation or construction plans were often not publicly announced. By the time the company learned about a new church project, the decision had already been made, leaving them out of the bidding process.

Our Approach

  • Automated Data Collection & Analysis – A custom-built web scraper regularly scanned these websites for signals. If relevant information was detected, a Large Language Model analyzed deeper content.
  • Structured Reports & CRM Integration – The extracted insights were compiled into actionable reports and integrated into the company’s CRM.
